Your order will be packaged and shipped with the utmost care and confidentiality, ensuring your privacy is protected throughout the process. We offer FREE shipping on all orders. For those who require expedited delivery, we provide 24-hour express shipping options. Additionally, COD and gift wrapping services are available. Should you desire extra discreet or expedited delivery, please contact us, and we will strive to accommodate your request. Once your order is collected by our trusted third-party delivery partners, you will receive a discreet notification via text or email. Shipping Timelines: We prioritize swift order processing and shipment. Typically, orders are prepared within 24 business hours for prepaid orders. Delivery times vary:
- 1-3 business days for major metro cities
- 5-7 business days for non-metro cities Actual delivery times may vary based on your pin code and external factors. While we collaborate with reputable delivery partners to expedite delivery, transit times may differ based on your location. We strive to ensure timely delivery to all destinations.
Returns Policy: Your satisfaction is our primary concern at OSQUI. Our products undergo rigorous quality testing, and each shipment is meticulously inspected before dispatch. In the rare event of an issue with your product necessitating a replacement or refund, we are committed to resolving it promptly. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, partially consumed, or used. If you need to request a return or refund:
- Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving your package, including your Order ID.
- To assess the product’s condition, we may request images or videos. Upon approval, we will guide you through the refund or exchange process. While we facilitate returns and refunds, you are responsible for covering shipping costs (Rs. 75 for initial shipment and Rs. 150 for return shipment and processing).
Exchange Policy: For unopened and unused products, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Late/Unacceptable Returns and Exchanges: Failure to contact us within 48 hours or evidence of product usage may render your return ineligible. Returns will be declined if the product seal is tampered with or if the item is opened.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued either to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) or as store credit, based on your preference. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item at our fulfillment center, please allow up to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to bank processing times.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel orders within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not shipped. If your order has shipped, you can initiate a return, provided the packaging remains unopened.
