2.2 Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OSQUI Account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Any information or content uploaded via your account must not infringe on third-party rights.
2.3 Security Breach: If you suspect a security breach, promptly notify our Grievance Officer. We reserve the right to take necessary actions, including blocking your account, in response to security concerns.
2.4 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your OSQUI Account or refuse the sale of Products if you violate these Terms or if we cease Platform operations.
2.5 Compatibility and Updates: Ensure your Platform is updated to access new features. Failure to do so may affect your user experience.
3. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
4. Product Description And Use: 4.1 Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, we do not guarantee their completeness or reliability. Product images are indicative and may differ from the actual product.
4.2 Usage: Products available on the Platform are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
